2022 strategy cascade

Just watched the 3/7 strategy cascade video. Say they gonna hire 3,000 people. Wow. They furloughed about 11,000 people the last 3 years. I cannot recommend anyone work for up , because of their past furloughs.

It will soon be a craft of the past. Replaced with utility workers who will do most of the yard duties.. Bnsf did it and the cost reduction is significant. Work more with less.
