Employees are feeling the pain. People that are not boots on the ground have no clue how bad things are here.

North Platte has the hardest workers. We just do our job and never complain.
60 ot jobs a day for machinists in north platte. We get ice cream next week. That's better than a new contract righ?
As long as the pie chart looks good lol. It's a numbers game, they care less about manpower. Can't even keep trucks running in my work group. They are getting extremely picky on everything. And stopped all OT unless it's an actual trouble call. As long as data continues to show the job gets done, they'll make one man cover 200 miles soon
