Can the UP move any Military trains at all if the had too?

I suppose they could as long as the military is okay with the train being late all the time.

Yes, as long as they don’t have to give the employees pay raises. Also everyone must stay inclusive and drink from the kool-aid pitcher passed around by all in charge then and only then will we be able to move all freight at a great value to the customer.

Why couldn’t they? Other trains are moving, what would be the difference with a military train?
