Can’t see the plan working yet to keep people employed at UP. IT Telecom guy quit this week.

Pay is going up everywhere except here. I miss the days of having an awesome paying RR job. Now it’s just ok, next year probably averaging paying job with an awful lifestyle. As I watch my co workers quit I wonder how much more I can be pushed until I quit as I could justify working here due to the high pay and great benefits at on time but not so much anymore.
