We're understaffed so much that the work is becoming increasingly more dangerous. Who do they think they are to expect me to risk getting hurt at work while receiving a joke of a raise that's four times under the inflation rate? AND while already being severely underpaid? Thanks but no thanks. I'm moving on.

stop complaining your still working because your a yes man and never followed rules.
Don’t Quit! Do like the rest of us and stay here, unhappy, unfulfilled and bitter. Why break the cycle?
