I know the pay is becoming a issue at my yard office. Switch men don’t make squat. Who ever believes this is still a good job is a fool. I’m tired of wrecking my knees,ankle, and back and not even getting a cola raise what a crock. Union can’t get claims paid and we don’t even get quits anymore.
No more money nor trucks for the worthless eaters. Money and nice things are for the exec’s, the board, & major shareholders. The worthless eaters need to learn their place. They need to celebrate diversity by hating themselves. When they hate themselves properly then maybe those better than them will decide they might get the reward of an additional pittance. Until then go work more and go work harder, take your pay check, and go trade it for less and less gasoline & less & less food and be grateful. Think the above is untrue? Then prove UP doesnt treat their employees like this.
