There is no job security here. Unfortunately, we are all just a number on the spreadsheet.

Pure guessing here, train service sounds the least secure. Bcuz of the desire for single man crews. But to be honest, its not like UP thinks they need anyone. The track should last forever, locomotives should never breakdown, therefore UP doesn't need employees to fix anything.
