An impasse was declared and it's currently in the hands of the National Mediation Board, the first step of many potential steps before there is a ruling.
Haven't heard a thing, but then again we don't hear anything from Union. A decent raise with minimal health insurance and union dues raise would be great. But that never happens, it goes up and offsets any raise we get.
