Which derailments are you talking about? There are many causes for them. I can’t just place the blame on the company. I saw an engineer that was fully rested pick up a train in a siding, call the dispatcher and tell him they were ready to go, and then run over a derail that was right in front of them. I don’t like our upper management either, but a lot of derailments just brain farts.
