Hands down one of the most pathetic companies

You would think (or hope) things would be better when CT stepped down and they brought in new CEO and leadership team. But no, it is not. Right now, the push is “DO MORE WITH LESS” and be grateful you still have a job. There are so many fires... — read more

Profits are their purpose

UKG is the kind of company that fires tenured employees right before they are able to retire. Sad to watch this once great company descend to the bottom of the barrel. Avoid at all cost, they want to replace all humans with AI.

Be KIND. Offer Voluntary Layoff.

If UKG is looking to continue efficiencies, why not ask the current UKrewers if they'd like to be part of that? To create an incentive, offer vesting of all RSUs. There could be a sizable group of people interested in that. This would be in... — read more

Tons of change at C suite level..

Time to jump ship with HS leaving? Is it just a matter of wanting to go public or should this sound the alarm to look elsewhere?

UKG is putting employees on PIPs so they can fire them

UKG is giving out PIPs that are impossible to recover from. This seems to be a way for them to terminate employees they think are too expensive to keep. Very sad to see this once great company as the unethical, greedy, money grubbing monster it's... — read more

The SKO felt so wrong

Kicking out many Ukrewers and spend the saved salaries on this event. The decadence at UKG is amazing.

Duplicitous Company

I've never seen a company so bold in it's hypocrisy. They say "our purpose is people", but I'm not exactly sure what people they are referring to other than shareholders. They don't care about their employees..don't care about giving them... — read more

More dark days ahead

Managers are being asked to force fit performance evaluations for their team into the curve they provided of 10% 20% 50% 10% 10% for each rating of 1-5. People accomplished originally are being pushed below to fit the distribution. All a part of a... — read more

So what if CEO is gone

I think we are too far gone for anyone to save us. Company has been directionless for too long, and had been run over by competition before we had even been aware of the fact. So many talented and competent people were let go. To even have a shot at... — read more

Extremely chaotic

Although layoffs can be acceptable when handled correctly, I observed that some of the best employees were let go, which is very disheartening. I don't understand the end goal here, and it seems everyone is probably seeking an exit. The company lacks... — read more

More layoffs to look forward to?

We will never recover from the last bloodbath. If for no other reason than layoffs were guided by crude cost-cutting. They manage to let go some of the best people, as well as the backbones of many teams. I don’t trust this mgmt that they will ever... — read more

Transparency, open communication - UKG is done

UKG in the states have gotten themselves into trouble by declining their teams so drastically they are not able to operate daily business. Other teams have to to take over tasks from those who left. They say it is only temporary, but would not dare... — read more

Time is passing more slowly

These past two weeks have been so stressful that I can't believe that it's only been that long since this whole thing started. It feels much more like two months than two weeks. The worst part is, even with the cuts over, I don't feel better. I know... — read more

Severance formulas do not value many years of service

Well, the severance formulas that have been shared show that they do not put much value on many years of service. For individual contributors, for example, it is 5 weeks for the first year and 1 week for every year thereafter. That is great if you... — read more

One more hack for the final nail in the coffin

No one really cares about UKG anymore. After the layoff news, no talent will want to join UKG. Except people nearing retirement, everyone else are looking for new jobs. UKG isn’t meta/Google, with the mediocre pay they are done for good. One more... — read more

I'm already looking for a new job

I'm not staying here a day longer than I have to and I know for a fact I'm far from the only one who's had it with this place. UKG has shown complete disregard and lack of respect for employees and we have taken note. The company is about to... — read more

Mass layoffs followed by chaos

I’m expected to pick up work for people who were laid off. It’s not going to happen. None of us should accept doubled workload. It’s their problem, not ours. They decided to be cheap, so should we. You get what you pay for, that’s all. If the volume... — read more

Ashamed to be associated with this company.
