We will never recover from the last bloodbath. If for no other reason than layoffs were guided by crude cost-cutting. They manage to let go some of the best people, as well as the backbones of many teams. I don’t trust this mgmt that they will ever again manage to organize work to be efficient. But at least there are apparently more layoffs to look forward to.

Layoffs WARN notice on Sept 6 were already done July 3-6. No more layoffs on Sept 6. (Confirmation from upper management).
UKG is likely to cut another 20% of its workforce within the next 6-12 months. The company's main objective appears to be going public and offloading shares to investors. Prior to their merger, Ultimate and Kronos each had around 6,000 employees. UKG plans to reduce this combined total to approximately 8,000 by offshoring many jobs and laying off employees.
Hey, not sure if you're taking a look at the WARN notices effective September 9th as your source for more layoffs. While I don't put anything past UKG at this point, the September 9th WARN is for the employees who were placed on garden leave on July 3rd. Just want to help quell some fears here.
Don't disagree with some of the best being let go. I genuinely don't know what the end goal is here - I was quite confused when I heard quite a number of the names that were let go.
