Managers are being asked to force fit performance evaluations for their team into the curve they provided of 10% 20% 50% 10% 10% for each rating of 1-5. People accomplished originally are being pushed below to fit the distribution. All a part of a plan to avoid paying out severance in the next round of layoffs.

This is beyond pathetic. Probably gearing up for the next layoff.
UKG is a horrible place to work right now. The people are being treated like nothing.

No one is safe at UKG. I will laugh when all the managers asked to put reports on a PIP get fired too .
It's amusing that both the Salesforce development manager and his boss lack technical skills, yet they have the power to decide who stays and who goes.
