I think we are too far gone for anyone to save us. Company has been directionless for too long, and had been run over by competition before we had even been aware of the fact. So many talented and competent people were let go. To even have a shot at the future would require complete overhaul, new talent, very competent mgmt and a dedicated, responsible CEO with vision. None of that is going to happen.

UKG wouldn’t survive the coming onslaught. They are just doing the bare minimum and there is zero talent left. Watch as they offshore more jobs and layoff 20% more in North America in the next 6-12 months.
I am pretty sure they will do an amazing thing with UKG: they will wipe it off the face of this planet. Something to look forward to!
Getting sick of the linkedin posts celebrating the new exec's like they've just joined the best company and will do amazing things. They haven't and they won't.. UKG is toilet
I think Hugo, Scott howitt and their minions will be next.
Yes, it’s too late. Blackstone and H&F don't care because they've profited from Kronos for a decade. They believed that acquiring Ultimate and merging the two companies would increase their earnings, but it hasn't worked out as planned. Now, they aim to go public as soon as possible, boost the stock, and exit.
Aron is one of guys played good part fooling you guys... His most of assets were invested in UKG. think about this, how many benefits did Kronos have in the past 10+ years before the merger?
Do you know he is the board member of MimePost that monitors your email? He is just a chess piece for Blackstone.
Do we think the way the July 3 layoffs were handled contributed to this change? Because the press release kinda reads like CT sc--wed up so badly that Big Daddy Aron had to step in and whack his own protege.
