I've never seen a company so bold in it's hypocrisy. They say "our purpose is people", but I'm not exactly sure what people they are referring to other than shareholders.
They don't care about their employees..don't care about giving them functional tools they need to do their jobs, and don't care how many(rightfully) angry clients they have to apologize to due to failings of leadership and their poor planning.
They don't seem to care about their clients, seeing as they've crippled the customer support and product development teams with extensive layoffs.
They are also not careful with their clients money. Fiduciary responsibility is a joke at UKG. They pull funding by "accident", put it in their account, and make money off the Interest.
The workers who are left are stressed out by having to live up to unrealistic expectations, and having to worry every day that they will be fired for misspelling a word or not having the right answer for questions there is no reasonable answer to.
God forbid you get a bad survey on a case where the client is angry because someone fat fingered their bank account and you are left picking up the pieces from the 20 "non client facing" teams that messed it up...
Posting this rant here because UKG has relationships with the other employment related websites and has all the negative reviews removed.
