UKG in the states have gotten themselves into trouble by declining their teams so drastically they are not able to operate daily business. Other teams have to to take over tasks from those who left. They say it is only temporary, but would not dare to believe them. They have to rebuild the whole business structure! In Europe, France started the first with reductions. 2/3 of staff will be laid off, but for several weeks they have no idea who will be laid off. UKG willfully holding back information. UK, similar to France, will have wait and hang in this situation for 2-3 months. Meanwhile UKG held several corporate town halls, fantasizing about their bright future and how wonderful UKG is. What do these people smoke? The CEO assured bonuses will be paid as always and looking ahead to the SKO in Nashville, surely dumping more money! UKG is ignoring reality with motivation down, partners concerned not getting support, customers fearing loose of services. UKG is done!

I left a couple of years ago and am still experiencing PTSD from the amount of work and stress. People were audibly sick and still in meetings. People who were supposed to be on vacation calling in, too. I cannot IMAGINE what it must be like now with even less staff and lower morale. Awful company.
