Be KIND. Offer Voluntary Layoff.

If UKG is looking to continue efficiencies, why not ask the current UKrewers if they'd like to be part of that?

To create an incentive, offer vesting of all RSUs. There could be a sizable group of people interested in that.

This would be in line with the KIND value of U-K-G?

Because they don't want current Ukrewers to get promotion and bring their team with them. Remember in 2020 that they frozen all promotion and added more layers to internal titles to be about to get advanced roles. for example, a junior to a manager may go thorugh 4 different levels: junior, senior, lead and manager, it's 4 layers. Now they changed from 4 to 7 layers, and they have to be outstanding performance. Then, they created, introduced and inserted more roles - Asst. Manager > Manager > Sr. Manager > A more Sr. Manager to manage other managers. On top of managers, there are Director, Sr. Director, VP, Sr. VP, xVP, EVP and so on..
