Saw someone wrote a review on GD that “this company is COOKED and will never go public and will close its doors in two years.”
Anyone has the intel on this??

They just spent a billion dollars on the merger, therefore I don't think it will be closed in two years. Before people realized they were having trouble conducting business, the majority of the US's closed or failing enterprises would go from private to public. The internal stock price of UKG, which is currently a private farm, is between $8 and $10. They would go public first and are looking for a means to boost their internal stock price. They won't go ahead and close it unless they receive their money back from investors.
Can ya feel it? I can. The last batch of layoffs cut past the bone. Employees are left doing the work of 2 or more people across the organization. Big Brother is watching and cracking the whip. This is unsustainable.
