Thread regarding UKG / Ultimate Kronos Group / Ultimate Software Group Inc. layoffs

Tons of change at C suite level..

Time to jump ship with HS leaving? Is it just a matter of wanting to go public or should this sound the alarm to look elsewhere?

Hugo and Chris are both terrible. I won't call them a leader as they are not qualified. Living in their million dollars house and watching people let go by their stupid decision with cold blood heart. They've been telling lies and lies front of the entire company to pleasure those shareholders..

HS is not very smart and terrible leader. I don't see anyone would go with him. He should've been the first one to go if they really want to fix things up.

They should've sent him home along with CT, it's a good news .I don't think it has anything to do with going public.

Getting of this sinking ship asap. Not waiting for worse to happen. They are done.

I have a buddy who worked at Adobe under the new guy and had nothing but good things to say...at least as far as c-levels go. I'm optimistic. Time to get the amateurs out of the way and have some real executives who have done this for real. I'm sick of a sea of ex-consultants who have never owned their decisions before.

Why jump ship after HS leaving? HS did irreparable damages to the company. He single handedly destroyed EPIC. The only problem here is they took way too long to let him go. UKG bled majority of talent under his leadership. Don’t know if the new guy is good or not but can’t be worse than HS
