Even though teams are down to skeleton crews in many departments, talk of more layoffs in the near future is growing. I would advise staying far away from this company, they are too cheap to to pay janitorial staff to empty wastebaskets at the few desks of employees remaining...so they took away our trash cans at our desks and announced a centralized trash bin system. Just terrible.

You can feel it when layoffs are coming. The feeling is real now.

This is not just cynical, it is mischievous.
UKG seems to be using all the options to induce layoffs without calling them layoffs: PIPs/performance review, RTO, mandates to move or change location/role (then they reset the contract, hence no severance,)
20% more this year.
