Although layoffs can be acceptable when handled correctly, I observed that some of the best employees were let go, which is very disheartening. I don't understand the end goal here, and it seems everyone is probably seeking an exit. The company lacks direction, especially in light of the recent Salesforce and Workday partnership news. Once great companies like Kronos and Ultimate Software may face their demise in the near future. It's unfortunate to see what poor leadership can do to a company.

CEO Chris Todd is out.
I've been through a few transformations with mass layoffs and by far this one is the worst in term of orchestration. There are dev teams which completely wiped out in the US and now being handled by the teams of juniors in Noida with very little experience and minimal turn-over.
The July RIF comes with saverance but there are doubts for any Rifs in the future.
