This is the attitude that helps perpetuate the very thing you are trying to avoid!! Allows other orgs to pretend they are better, different or whatever.
Stay and f I g h t if you can. Make these corporate stooges own it, at least. Call them out every chance you get.
Unfortunately the big bosses of these large companies don't give a fig about people. They say they do, but I reality it's all a lie.. you help them get rich and they pretend to care to enable that, but once they've got a way out to earn a huge amount of cash... They'll drop you like a bi--h...
Smaller companies will be better BUT more at risk of getting hoovered up by PE companies and being desimated...
The only winners are the fat cats who know how to exploit hard working, caring people to get rich...
