The pathetic excuse of a lying and dying company. UKG just announced to build up their headcount in Ireland. 200 new jobs in the next 3 years. They just laid off ca. 200 employees in EMEA! Unbelievable and what a slap in the faces of those been laid off. This company really show how important people are for them. “Our purpose is people” what a joke.

In July, they layoff Payment Services Senior VP Deshawn Hearn but kept VP Candace Shamkani. This is one of their biggest mistakes as this lady is totally clueless (by her own admission). Doesn’t know wtf is happening with the department, zero understanding of our process and procedure. Purposely ignored clients’ requests and then dumped responsibilities on her subordinates.
The whole department can’t stand her.
They are hiring some of the exact positions/job titles they layoff people in July. The audacity. This is in violation of WARN. A class action lawsuit is coming.
Bribing indeed, Glassdoor and other social media to review or delete negative comments has become standard for companies with bad reputation.
UKG is paying Glassdoor, Indeed and social media sites a lot of money to review negative, truthful reviews. What a sad time for the legacies of Kronos and Ultimate companies.
It's an absolute slap in the face to have been part of the 14% and now see similar roles posted in US locations.
UKG has no direction. They’re trying to go public as soon as possible and exit
