You would think (or hope) things would be better when CT stepped down and they brought in new CEO and leadership team. But no, it is not.
Right now, the push is “DO MORE WITH LESS” and be grateful you still have a job.
There are so many fires burning through homes and businesses in Los Angeles. As of today there has been over 100,000 people evacuated. This affects many UKG people (UKrewers they called us) and our clients. It has been days and the fires are still not being contained.
We have NOT received any emails from UKG regarding the fire nor the safety of their employees.
UKG is supposed to be United, Kind, and Growing.
