As long as they’ve got geniuses like Rachel, Spiros (are you kidding me?) and Justin (are you KIDDING me?) “leading” sales you will be saddled with needless process, no transparency and general disdain for what you do as they look down their noses at you because they believe, deeply, they smartest people in the room.
