Every single person I know is either looking or praying to be laid off. That's how messed up things are right now.

How insulting is that email from JL our hard work is only worth a 1% raise after the BS q3 and q4 after raising our quota by 5% knowing a vast majority would not hit it just to sc--w us over and they can line their pockets with more money.

I find it funny as he-l that the managers who are on here keep flagging and reporting any bad talk about the pathetic merit raises we just got.
