Anyone’s guess how much money has been spent on constantly renovating corporate over and over again? And why? Everyone hates going into the office.

Only the lobby looks decent, the rest is a desolate 3/4 empty rows of ugly and old cubicles. It’s a depressing office.
The lobby looks ridiculous as if anything about that place is zen. Waste of money waste of space and didn’t the owners by the building only to lease it back to the company to put more money in their greedy pockets and keep dumping more money to renovate spaces and laying off tenured associates and keeping the chosen few fat and happy.
Everyone hates going to the office but soon enough we’re forced to be there four days, so let’s spruce it up. Renovations haven’t even been done well… the amount of unused space and old gray cubes is an eye sore.
How many coffee pods you think walk out on a daily basis?
@OP I bet it was super cheap with all the Wayfair run off we hired, probably got a discount from them to grab all these people.
At least the free coffee is delicious... LOL.
