New employees being hired or brought into STS and are bringing positive change. Was skeptical at first but they have proven to be uplifting and some have years of sales and support experience

Another Quit on the East Coast. “Top” Sr One year and the next has no choice but to find something new. Since we know SLT reads this
1- We are not on track for 1 billion in 4 years. Re-do the math. You are forcing us to look for new jobs.
2- Let’s see this employee survey- all to blame on GE- let’s start to hold him for the mess we are in.
3- We don’t need “Dell” to re send leasing emails- we need leads-
4- zero job security- YOU can fix that, if it’s above your pay grade then ask someone above your grade level.
This board is about layoffs. Short term “positive” changes can’t right this ship. So whichever leader you are or are s@cking up to please stop.
