AE NEW KPI GOING TO BE REASON FOR LAYOFFS

The new KPIs are just a way for them to have layoffs.

The Winramp dashboard is a fu--ing joke. Transactional wins help none of your KPI. The specialist partners also controlling part of our winramp is stupid. If they close it too high that shouldn’t be my fault. PERIOD.

The pipeline health, if you’re hitting the close won, why the fu-k does it matter if my opps are past due or in the pipeline too long.

I’ve never heard anyone complain so hard about opps before. Just update them maybe so they’re not past due? Not rocket science. Or maybe go back to the 1800s and work off of an excel sheet? It takes me 10 minutes every friday to just quickly update and BAM move on with my day

Check out how much of the pipeline are orders and nothing a rep actually engaged or sold. Same day closes. Pipeline is a bunch of lies at this company for many.

This post is hysterical. Garbage in garbage out. Glad to see they finally launched this report doubt it will yield what they want but been talking about this for years. Pipeline has been fake news forever maybe this will clean up some of the garbage.
