Anyone know what the top out pay for this position is? Or how to tell what your top out pay is?

it was 28 an hour when they started freight flow. it was also 21 an hour to start. they dropped it to 19 an hour after awhile. i am not sure if top out is still 28. knowing the sl--e ba--s at corporate they likely decreased top out too.
