I don't know who's over food certification testing but there is so many people in my club that expired it's ridiculous and I need to be tested and everytime I ask management they say we will get back to you

Relax and make a call to your county or parish health inspector. you could also visit the website of your previous licensee and ask about renewal anonymously. But first, if there is a people person in your company, (remote HR), I'd give them a call first. email the specific concerns with documentation, explaining the outdated certs, club number, dates, etc. Thank you for doing the right thing.
