Ford was the worst of the bunch—terribly hostile relationships. I’m hearing from friends at Ford that things have gotten even worse than they were 10 years ago. Reflecting on my past, I must admit that I worked there, but not proud of it. If you’re a college graduate, I strongly advise you to avoid joining at all costs.

Berklee has confirmed to WBZ NewsRadio that the reduction in staff made up 3% of their employee base. No faculty positions were impacted by the layoffs.
