If they are bringing back night crew AKA freight flow 100% . With more people and a manager where does that leave AM crew?

My club is only allowed to have 5 freight flow associates. We do the backroom all of grocery snacks and water and paper. But the rest of the club is still done by the am and pm team. My manager said she wants to give the whole club to freight flow but i dont see it happening with the current staffing. Expecially when they want us to sweep and mop under the pallets every week.
Since most of the long term associates are on mornings they will probably use that as an excuse to let them all go and get rid of morning shift.
a.m. crew will still be used. at our club, there are just a few people. usually 3 or 4 per day. not counting the 1 or 2 used for clothing.
they stock clothing, electronics, water, paper, health & beauty, candy, and spices.
a team of 3 usually hit paper and water first thing and knock it out in about an 1.5 hours.
then those 3 split off to hba, spices, candy, and electronics.
evening merch normally does beer & liqour.
they say they're adding more people but they're really not adding any stockers to freight flow. they eliminated p.m. receiving and put it on freight flow. so the two people that they added to freight flow per night get stuck in receiving and not stocking. the adding of people to freight flow did nothing towards being able to get the club better stocked.
