Those of you that went to RTM structure, when did you go mission 1? Were you also the first to that structure when they did it?

Walmart mgrs in meetings down here in Texas , was told by Keebler rep ,they had a call and was discussed on call ,nabisco is leaving dsd in Walmart only in 6to 8 weeks!

Do you guys think they will role out the retail territory managers all over? What areas have gone to it so far?

I think we should organize and use this site to plan a multi market strike. If we all reply to this thread and assign ourselves an id we can get a better idea of how many reps are on here. Anyone think we could realistically do this?

Absolutely the worse company on this planet. They are all liars and it filters out like a plague. Thousands in positions they have no business in being in.

No overtime for RTM positions. Just so you know the company is going to fully expect you to work 50-60 hours to complete the job but only pay you 40. Dont fall for the trap. Take the severance if you can.

Those of you that are transitioning into the RTM roles please let us know how it goes. I'm sure it will be a nightmare just like every new structure this company does.

Went Christmas shopping in the eastern Ohio area..empty shelves and no displays anywhere. I thought mission 1 was supposed to be an improvement. Do they even still employ sales reps?

The company should feel ashamed of themselves for the way they conduct business! The worst company on this planet for sure!

I got the boot after 15 years 3 years ago when M1 started. Are they still pushing that? I thought for sure it would have collapsed by now.

The company as a whole may be doing OK, but North America has been in a down hill spiral since the appointment of the current CEO. Changes need to be made, some may be unpopular ,but the reputation is terrible, of what was once a respected company.

I'll be writing nothing but small orders for Christmas. This B's company does not give us help to work deliveries but want us to Load up stores so the product can sit in backrooms. Door to floor only from hear on out.

How many account people and upper mgt above dm level signed up to help in stores this weekend.. ZERO in my area , but let me know if I can do anything to help in stores🤔😂

Our entire team failed at hitting their numbers for November, same as October so it doesn’t look like the quarter is gonna be any better. Time to call it quits for DSD.

The whole entire organization would be in a better spot if this was a safe and positive environment to work in.

Why does this company need an engagement survey to find out how people feel about the company? The fact that 90% of the people they hire quit within 2 months should tell them everything they need to know.
