I believe the decline of HDS started in 2015 when they bought Pentaho which resulted in the creation of HV two years later. This has been a ship without a captain for many years to come.

What happened to the culture inspired by the Japanese Hitachi heritage? I don’t think GK or any of his direct reports could even give a 30 conversation on “Wa”, “Makoto”, or “Kaitakusha-seishin”.

Moving more h/c offshore as part of the GK transformation - curious at what point Ltd will step in begin cutting their losses. This slide began with Surak/Soni disaster and GK has not been able to stabilize the business since Sept 2019
