So much done under so-called talent retention and other jargon talks by "the best" executive leaders ever, along with team of experts in charge of managing it all so well.
If it is all a part of a to-sell-strategy, it does make one wonder: who might want to line up to buy what is becoming just an empty vessel.

One of many that was told my position was eliminated.. most of the ones I know of were long time employees of 20+ years. Management has been horrible for long time.

With 502 people let go this month (that’s 20% of HV’s workforce), there will be more changes to come like outsourcing people to third party vendors. Suzy M. is doing a great job getting rid of her support staff.

3 of my coworkers were let go today in the west coast, this is a BAIN mandate to cut 50%, so don’t be assured

Company wants a sell off — Block storage which was hot in 80’s — hard to say any suitors but plenty of layoffs and more to come.
Not only people who got notices but people who have jobs are also on notice as it is

Seems leadership and most of the other senior roles are all ex-NetApp too... Nothing like nepotism to ensure of success but then that's been one of the biggest causes of failure at HV for past 7 years.... Promote your incompetent buddies, layoff the real talent that delivers the majority of the business and value but keep the inner circle jerkers who deliver absolutely nothing!!!

In amongst all the layoffs, it seems we have a new CFO and CPO. After all, it's important that we have people to manage the rearrangement of the deck chairs on the good ship Vantara.
