With SM being let go 2 days ago and being replaced with a "transformation" specialist, there will be lots of layoffs. I suspect 20% of the field force...

HV is in the death spiral. Don't mistake a death rattle for breathing. Your best bet is to exit ASAP.
All the $$ savings were driven by the EC. The only way to achieve it was reducing headcount. Sad to say. need more sales.
