Anyone have any info on what a corrective action plan is?

I’m about to get put on a “corrective action plan” over my AI sentiment score. Does anyone know what that even means? I don’t see anything on the Schweb about it. My accounts seem to like me a lot so getting put on a PIP over the AI giving me a bad score is really leaving me in a state of confusion

So its May 7th or 21st ??? What offices closed???

Just looking for some clarity:

What offices are closing and which date is the actually real for a rif. Either way I know we will have a big one prior to October due to the Stock Award being given that month. So obviously VZ will need people not here prior to that month. So Q2 or Q3 rif is in play. Will VZ wait till Q3 or is May actually for real?

RFE Program?

Not layoff related, but what’s the deal with this Program?

Some people on my team it seems like it’s all they work on, and other people don’t even know what it is. I get pulled in randomly, but other than a few new policies, I’m not sure what or why we are doing this, especially with the big ROE push?

Mail Delivery ~ Chevron San Ramon

Hi, ex-employee from San Ramon here (left prior to the beginning of the year). I received a notification from USPS that I was supposed to receive mail from Chevron with a 6001 Bollinger Canyon Road, Building T, Room 3164 in San Ramon (hmmm...how long has it been since the move to Lakeside), however it never showed up. It also had "Important Documents Enclosed". Address and memo were both preprinted. Anyone else get something in the mail with similar markings and can you leave a comment as to what it was? I already tried to report to USPS but looks like they took away that functionality so there is really no way to trace a piece of mail that they were suppose to have delivered. Thanks!

Layoffs - what to expect

Forgive my ignorance, but this is my first layoff, so I’m not really sure what the procedure is. This is what I’ve gathered so far:

We will receive the WFH email on Friday. Then on Monday morning, those being laid off will receive an email. Within 15 minutes, their system will be locked. After that, they will receive 2 months of paid leave and after that severance, which is correlated to how long you’ve worked at Nike.

Just trying to prepare as needed since this market is awful.

When is someone going to file a complaint about open floor plan?

Having not one second of privacy is bad for women:
While wearing a skirt or dress you have to constantly be aware of how you are sitting.
No privacy when standing up and adjusting your clothes. Pull and adjust in front of everyone.
With open floor plan someone can stare at you all day and there’s nothing you can do, if you even notice. T has nasty twerps working there just like any other place.
I’ve seen men standing just outside of my view then averting their eyes and walking away when I turned my head.
The stress of always being on display is getting to be too much.
To scratch anywhere everyone has to walk to a conference room or the restroom.
We need at least the mini cubicles for a bit of respect for our humanity.
