Places gets worse by the day!

With all the changes coming to agency, operations you better get ready for more craziness. They cut agents pay, retirement bonuses, and SF stopped contributing towards their healthcare. If they will do that to agent's, you better believe that Total Rewards in 2027 will be very different. Agents are getting to see the true nature of this sh-t hole company. They will continue the churn and burn and pump and dump business model in claims. The 2040 McBurger workforce will continue to be a disaster and they will continue the accountability scam, meaning rules for the and not for me! Execs gotta get those bonuses! The day SF shuts down is the day the world becomes a better place. The Lemmings and corporate boot lickers are in corporate he-l heaven!

NFL and Formula 1

The only reason we are sponsoring them is because the executives get free lounge and box access for free. So much for being "good stewards", "shareholder oriented" and "value creators". Couple this with free private jets, it's one never-ending party for the ultra rich. The rest of us get pink slips and anxiety.

Some of us work hard and follow our own ethics because that is simply who we are

It is not about expecting a reward. I actually get a real sense of satisfaction from doing a job well, no matter where I am or who I work for. But here is the thing all of us have to accept. Do not expect loyalty back. Do not expect appreciation. Do not expect any of it to protect you. When cuts come, you will be out the door just as fast as the person who does nothing. Maybe faster. Whatever corporate culture this place supposedly had is long gone. If it ever existed at all.

Whats wrong with DXC

Both the last CEO and the current one are below par. They then swamp the company with poor Execs like Drum, Rusl Jokes and Grey who just re invent different plans used before.

The next layers are full of Brocklehurst who are just yes men who processes and paperwork to stop real progress.

The managers below are just tickboxes for the Brocklehurst level.

All focus remains on cost cutting and wind down which they are good at.

This has been the strategy for the last 10 years.

Until they get someone who has done growth and investment in Employees the company will not change.

Layoffs

I am perplexed at the people who are touting that there is going to be a layoff on May 28 and it’s going to be massive. You all really need to stop. There’s always layoffs in departments that are under performing or where there is duplicative work being done, but there has not been a notification to leadership that there is going to be mass layoffs on May 28 so please stop scaring everyone. In the meantime – all of the miserable people that just left to stir sh-t are going to get this 85 negative marks because you’re so focused on the drama and the negativity that you don’t know what else to do then to check this website daily. Do something better with your life.

There is a term for what we are experiencing, and it is structural failure

We have operated under repeated rounds of cuts and layoffs for an extended period. Each round comes with no follow through and no coherent plan. The result is that the organization has finally reached a breaking point. The systems are brittle. The trust is gone. The momentum is dead. When my own probability of being cut in the near future is as high as it is, why would I buy into any pressure to go above and beyond? The rational choice is to stop pretending that hard work will save me. So that is where I am. I am done.

Stankey and Legg, D-mb and D-mber

Why does C suite not get any punishment for tanking the stock price? All they know how to do is cut headcount and make objectively bad decisions.

We’re going to spend 2B on building this Plano Campus for no fu---n reason. Wow!! Why do we not have any money?? Guess we’ll have to make employee cuts ! We’re going to spend billions on RTO, wow, why do we not have any money? Time to cull the cattle again! We’re going to buy TWD, we’re going to give tmobile 4 billion dollars, we’re going to buy directv! Oh, I’m actually stupid?? Let’s go cut more cattle and give myself a raise for my hard work.

The layoffs in June are going to be nuclear. PoliSci Legg’s d-mb as fu-k AI push has the whole company on Microsoft’s leash, and co pilot is getting 6x more expensive starting in June. It is an abhorrent failure. He has successfully capped top performer’s usage, and given too much usage to pea brains that ask AI what the weather is today. The cost and mismanagement will be insurmountable, so layoffs of at least 10% will happen.

And all the while, the guy making 30 mil for je-king off in his office and saying “Fiber” all day is perfectly safe, somehow. The stock is down 17% in 10 years, what does he even do? Why do these guys have jobs? They contribute nothing to society but leach from the money made by employees.

The Cowardice of Bad Management

For the Devon side - this one should sound familiar. “Many managers actively avoid confrontation or honest feedback because it requires emotional maturity. Rather than doing the job they are paid for, these individuals let problems fester until they become so disruptive that higher-ups mandate cuts to clear out the bloat”
