Seems like an ego maniac ---- since he has been on board as ceo the stock has gone 50%. Said he was friends with Apple founder - again at best an exaggerator at worst a lier.

All the things wrong
Awful leadership
Open favoritism
You can forget about coaching or career development
You’re treated as a number and replaceable
Pay and benefits are subpar
Little to no accountability
And so on...
Do they even know what it is we do?
It feels like the people making decisions no longer have a clue what our work actually involves. We tell them what's broken and they just ignore it. They acknowledge our concerns and then do absolutely nothing about them. Why should I trust anything they say at this point?
Layoffs after layoffs
They keep the most incompetent people I don’t see how this company will survive. Epic is taking all of their clients. This company su-ks a-s!
This will haunt FIS for years to come
This is so messed up and it's going to cost us so much in the long run. So much knowledge is about to walk out the door and there's no real plan on how to mitigate it. There's also loss in reputation and resentment from people who were transferred against their wishes. Bad decisions all around.
I think about quitting every day now
No offense intended to any recent layoffs or anyone that might be affected in the future.
I am a long term high performer. As a result of a recent reorg, bringing our team into IT that shouldn't be in IT, they put me in a brand new role I'm horrible at and I hate, and are overworking me to death. Not only does my leadership have no fu--ing clue what they're doing, they are extremely thin skinned, and not open to feedback. So fu-k it, maybe they're right, I'm not equipped for a role in their stupid bullsh-t org. I think they're going to fu-k up royally and cost the company a lot of money, but let them own it.
I am now begging, pleading with everyone I know internally to try to find a life raft. I don't even care if I have to take a pay hit, this stress is taking years off my life and will be very damaging to my career. But if I can't find something, externally or internally, I think I just need to quit. This is the d-mbest sh-t in the universe, and I really am the atlas holding a bunch up, so fu-k it, let them deal with the consequences of their stupid choices and yes men bullsh-t. They're about to do something very stupid that's going to pi-s a LOT of people off and make tons of enemies.
People Who Love Corporate BS Are Bad at Their Jobs
Hey boss, this is about you:

Extra bonus for Robin
Did anyone else notice RV gave himself a $50mm bonus on top of salary and stock options in March 2026? A 258% increase in Y/Y not too bad. But, I am sure the remaining staff will get a pizza party. The greed coming out of leadership is truely next level
Worst org leadership !!!
No other org leadership in the world will treat their employees this badly !! No transparency and courage to support or atleast be honest about what's going on. While M and up taking all the benefits, proactively switching orgs to save their jobs the real hard working ICs are still in the dark. All this company cared is just for M and M only !!
Disgusting “leadership”
From time to time I feel disgusted reporting to the current management structure. Unmotivated, blame shifting, self-important, lacking basic manners in communication and the list goes on and on. Three layers of unmotivated and uninspiring management chain, they just come in to cash checks. Wish I could put my name to it and call out these mo--ns on LinkedIn.
3-day work day
The return-to-office mandate seems to apply only to rank-and-file employees, as leadership and management remain conspicuously absent
Ai/ml engineer here.
I see a lot of worry about ai here.
ai actually can do all things promised.
Verizon doesn't have the infrastructure, management, talent to do any of it.
Most of the requests are rejected because they are rule based problems not ai problems.
There's a fundamental lack of knowledge of what ai even is at Verizon. Whatever knowledge that exists at Verizon is at the highschool level and limited to basic prompting.
Let that sink in. The top leadership at Verizon has a grade school equivalent level with ai.
I've let my feelings known many times so I hope i get riffed because I am not learning anything here.
Tldr; anybody at vz saying anything about ai has no business doing so.
Rant over
Experience doesn't matter anymore
The culture has shifted dramatically in the last two years. Managers with zero experience are making decisions that make no sense. You're not allowed to question anything or suggest better ways. The culture has turned from bad to worse. Every day I'm trying to find a way out. I think many here are in the similar boat.
Fortune Fluff Piece / Dead in the Eyes
https://fortune.com/2026/03/24/centene-ceo-sarah-london-health-care-insurance-trump-medicaid/
Fortune just dropped a fluff piece on Sarah London. It’s a masterclass in fluffy bootlicking. How much did the company pay for this pile of trash?
They call her a "mission-driven" savior fighting for Medicaid. Ba-f!
Let’s start with the photo. It’s awful. She looks completely dead in the eyes. There is zero warmth. Zero humanity. Just the cold, vacant stare of someone who fires thousands of people and then complains to CNBC about her "stressful schedule."
Fortune gushes over her "social impact" goals. They forgot to mention her $20M paycheck, while the company posted a $6.7 billion net loss last year.
She isn't driven by a mission. She’s driven by a massive bonus while her company burns and she runs MFN's legacy into the ground.
She's just a Layoff Queen who talks about "operating discipline." That’s corporate-speak for firing people. We all painfully know how many thousands of lives she's ruined with her inept leadership and lack of strategy. No amount of glowing praise from "Culture Karen" can redeem her.
"London Calling" started her career in Hollywood. It shows. She isn't a healthcare executive. She’s a storyteller. A pretty face with a vacant stare. This is just her latest script. She talks about "affordable housing" to distract from the fact that her business model relies on denying care and firing the people who do the actual work.
She is the ultimate corporate grifter. High on rhetoric. Low on ethics. Exceptionally well-compensated for failure. She isn't fighting for Medicaid. She isn't fighting for her employees. She’s fighting for her next glossy magazine profile. I've never seen anyone fail upwards so well.
Where is the accountability?
Real leaders own their mistakes. Ours just deflect and hide. The people running this place have no clue what they're doing and we're the ones paying for it every single day.
Sabotage
Have you ever worked for a company that constantly works against you being productive? Not just not helpful, actively makes it harder and harder to do your job? For the stock’s sake, I hope something changes.
VP of Talent
Are we serious with this non sense ? They don’t even come to the office , last meeting I was in with them they were in their PJs with a mess in the back ground … another one of aces excellent hires from the dregs of dead companies and terrible cultures .
Charlie Schart (And I meant what I said)
Laid off by verbal notice in January, not given ANYTHING in writing until almost 2 full weeks later. Manager didn't bother to make the 40 min train ride to lay me off in person.
Then was stonewalled by manager and HR- not an acknowledgement that I had e-mailed to ask when I would be receiving information so that I could plan.
Sh---y, inhumane way to do it, and it all comes straight from the Charlie Scharf. The company started that downslide when he walked in the door.
Relieved to be away from the toxicity.
Useless reactive DXC Execs
Its amazing DXC Execs towards the end of each quarter come on call and tell employees "lets finish this quarter strong, keep up the good work". Typical reactive thinking where were you at the beginning and the middle of the qtr, by the end it should be all wrapped up. The approach sums up their reactive thinking on important things like pay and growth. Incapable Execs.
FIS SUX! Highly Disappointed in our execs.
Need a class -action lawsuit against these id--ts! FIS mgmt. should be the folks leaving not the hard working class. I am betting we'll be forced to accept roles with Cognizant to keep a paycheck coming in only to get sc--wed within a year from now. Betting it is the way FIS gets around paying severance packages and Cognizant will get their cut. I am highly irritated with the manner if which they handled their business, and we are all being lied to by managers saying they had no idea, when we know they were included and had likely had to sign off. Deals like this don't happen overnight this has been in the work many many months, pushing a year and I hope they remember karma is a !@#$%
Just a Reminder
AC's a walking lie. Every word out of his mouth is garbage—nobody believes a damn thing he says. He’s not a leader, he’s a joke. Terrible speaker, zero tech knowledge, just hot air and buzzwords.
And yeah, he’s right there helping ship our jobs to India, nodding along like it’s no big deal. But he’ll never own it—he’ll just smile, lie some more, and keep his cushy spot while the rest of us get sc--wed.
He should be the one getting the pink slip. Not us. Not the people who actually know what they’re doing.
This is the result of buy Sprint
Let me get to the point - Sprint is cancer and everything Sprint touched gets in deep troubles, just ask Nextel and Clearwire!
Terrible Leadership
At what point do they get rid of the Stephanie and her people? The stock is down 33% in the last year, 66% in 5 years. 2/3rds of the company disappeared. This company is going down the drain, are they not seeing it or what??
Geoff Martha -> biggest loser
How did we get to this point where corporate America is a country club where we will never obtain membership.
Years ago Medtronic was great place to work until the outsiders wrecked it with their paper MBAs.
Everyone I know is a clock puncher now. Why put in more than 40/week when it’s not rewarded???
Projects taking way too long now due to stretched AOP budgets.
Anyone believes that Hugo (extremely large space hog of a robot) is going to grow revenues? Elon Musks robots will soon be ble to do surgeries.
MICRO Layoffs?
This Micro Business is poorly run/ executed
Especially on the West Coast. Not sure how anyone sees this dumpster fire lasting another quarter.
A FAILED COMPANY
Throughout Gail's reign of te---r, she has brought this company to a new low. It's true that all the major healthcare companies are cr-p these days, but Elephants Health has trampled on its people far more than any other I've heard. They care NOTHING for you, no matter what position you're in. All they care about is making the shareholders and Queen Gail rich. If you're not planning to already, get out or retire if you can, ASAP! You may already be on the "list" and don't even know it.
Fiona Laird - Chief Human Resources Officer finally sacked!
It was an arduous and painful seven years with her at the HR helm. Good riddance!
Legacy
Ongoing rolling layoffs are being executed without a clear audit of role impact or transition planning. The result is predictable: critical responsibilities are disappearing, remaining teams are absorbing gaps, and service quality is starting to degrade to the point of tipping. All company stakeholders should be paying close attention.
This pattern of cost cutting is undermining operational continuity and institutional knowledge.
For leadership—especially at the CEO level—this should be a visibility issue. If the intent is long-term efficiency, the current execution is creating the opposite: higher risk, lower resilience, and avoidable disruption for both employees and customers.
When directly questioned... certain executive leadership directly contradicts the CEOs 's thoughts and concerns on the matter and openly states they don't care. This to me says the CEO is not the one in charge anymore.
Employees who have brought in millions in revenue with decades of tenure are tossed to the side all so one executive in charge of cost cutting can get his bonus and show how many people he got rid of.
I personally remember a time when the CEO of this company looked at us as people. He once saw that we could be their very own family...thier daughters, sons, sisters, and brothers but at some point he handed over the reigns and decided to let his legacy be the destruction and upending of so many lives.
Cisco’s ELT are bunch of charlatan clowns
Such a poor ELT! no vision, no direction, no leadership but just a group of fools that don’t understand market trends but only know how to through fancy slogans to the air.
When I call this an unethical company, this is exactly what I mean
HP has spent years testing how much friction its customers will tolerate — DRM-ink cartridges, firmware that blocks third-party supplies, and a CEO who called non-subscription customers a "bad investment." Forced wait times fit the pattern: treat the customer as a cost to be minimized rather than a person to be helped.

Firing and Promotions
Firing people then promoting incompetent ones. Make it make sense.
Can OpenText really still succeed?
Let's see...
- no clear vision
- no real leadership
- no accountability
- bloated executive suite
- failure to keep products moving forward
- no real R&D or innovation
- brain drain
And we are getting rid of MORE workers to fix the sinking ship? When it was the leadership's responsibility to get us ahead? So if they aren't responsible for anything, why are they here again? Let us make the decisions instead, that way if I'm going to be fired it'll be my fault.
And we are divesting as well. So what has been the real purpose of acquiring so much tech? The board members have made these decisions all from long ago until now. Did they finally give up? I stand to argue that none of them know what they're doing and they have no real business sense, they got lucky with some acquires and with their poor business skills have failed to keep momentum going forward.
We were on the right track to fire Mark but we forgot to get rid of the puppeteer, Mr. Tom Jenkins himself along with the board members who have been making these poor decisions after poor decisions since it all started. But that's impossible because ALL the board members are incompetent, and there's no one above. So it's game over.
The final cherry on this cake (truly an insult to us all) is that we hired an executive failure from BlackBerry to take over as the master puppet. Tom Jenkin's hand can reach all the way through and it still won't make a difference.
This is really fascinating and funny to watch evolve in real time. The funnier part is that we have/had the tech to be great. Despite what many of you say about our products being "cr-ppy" which is merely a symptom of bad leadership, we had the chance many times to take it to the next level and instead we sat our as--s down draining whatever life was left of these products until they started to crumble. And then they have the audacity to sp-t in our faces for these failures.
I am truly sorry to everyone who has been and will be affected. The economy is not great, and some of us need our jobs more than ever. You have been failed by corporate toddlers, you deserve better.
As for the corporate toddlers, go back to business school and this time don't skip classes.
Waste of time with All hands
Do not waste employees time if you have nothing new to share!
Heard the same ideas again with AI in every sentence in Nancy’s org All Hands.
Did not dare to answer most liked questions on the slido.. trying to paint rosy picture when in reality, nothing is rosy.
New Org / Attack Plan
A new approach was just announced and it is more upper level with less to do the work. So, the new execs and C-Levels must still have friends they needed to bring with them.
It was asked why so many who actually did work and were great employees were let go - but no answer given. Probably because there is no good answer. The general feeling is they are retaining people who don't question why so much time is wasted, so many useless layers of "management", and/or do little to nothing. They don't want people who want to deliver and help customers - they want to bark orders and people who put their heads down and avoid conflict!
I am not sure where the Humana Board is - but how are they bringing in people with no proven experience at such high levels and letting them bring down the organization?
Crazy, Crazy!!
Very bad furniture
This furniture is very cheaply made and will not last long
Incompetencies exacerbated by total reliance on AI while the ship sinks
- Constant* project churning. Requirements either written by AI without considering what's actually possible, or just blatantly copy the competition as they do it better. Just copy, copy, copy, without understanding what works and what doesn't, and why it works or not. Demanding constant revisions over and over on UX work, in a rush.
Utter incompetence. I've worked on projects for months that go so long only because management is entirely incapable of making good decisions. Iterate, iterate, iterate, iterate.
The place has become a complete mess, with outrageous demands as they assume everyone is now a superhuman with these AI shortcuts (they've done nothing but make things worse for everyone but devs.) And dev wants nothing to do with UX, as they just see it as a bottleneck as they "vibe code" unplanned, unconsidered garbage.
Anyone with original ideas will have them stolen as management desperately tries to justify their employment, despite outright incompetence.
What a complete waste. It was a great place to work while it lasted, but now it's just absurd demands with absurd timeframes with absurd people.
And good luck if your manager decides (to alleviate his own guilt for throwing out a LONG-time performer) that he has to be entirely unreasonable and make absurd demands of you suddenly . Su-ks when the manager was already entirely incompetent at design - now he's going to demand your work gets far worse as he forces terrible decisions that don't make any sense. Just making a paper trail of "insubordination" for not heeding "just make the logo bigger"-type of feedback an amateur wouldn't make.
What a joke. Stay far away. They are going to be desperate for good employees soon. I've seen many companies make the same terrible mistakes, and it just gets worse and worse.
Krusty's Clown Show
I've worked with some inept clowns, at some inept companies, but I've never seen people so high up in any organisation, who couldn't organise a four year old's birthday party, until now.
You have lost any influence over any staff, aside from the hardcore backside kissing crew, and we all know who they are. It's so bad that people don't even fear being laid off, because they have lived under the constant threat of it for years.
Don't worry though, the cheapest offshore staff, who have no experience or skills will save you, I'm sure.
Let's hope someone does a basic maths qualification before the next quarter's numbers.
Chaos Rules
Too much management, too many trackers, no direction.
Crazy
don't trust this company too much; they start hiring in massive while firing and laying people off. Start looking for a new job, not a good management. they will give you last min surprises that you haven't performed well. Don't even know if they pay severance.
