I do not understand what is expected of me to do my job because managers speak very bad English in the US but the speak their native languag to other employees. Tell me how to approach this without sounding racist to management or to my manager.

I quit this dumpster fire, applied to a dozen jobs, got 4 interviews, accepted a job. Took three weeks. If I can do it, so can you. Getting (much) better pay and benefits, and work from home. I wish you all luck.
