We will miss John Gibbons. He was the best leader, second to Frank Bisignano, that Fiserv and First Data ever had.
His command and control style along with his deep empathy towards our team makes me sad. Wish we could have a few more years of being locked in the office for 10 hours a day and not delivering any real progress for our clients.

THE Worst on all levels. We still have him here - Senior Adviser (total joke!). The fact that we DID NOT do the right thing with him when he did the WRONG THING for so many associates. Tells me nothing is changing around here any time soon and I do not have the time or brain cells to waste. I and others are out of here and looking hard! His so called SLT is atrocious - no innovation. Why is his deputy that was a nothing burger at Fiserv 3 years ago here, why is the digital lady that treats people like garbage around still. Don't start me on Core. You need to kick Gibbons to the curb and everyone he promoted!! Find the ones he demoted.... bet you that is where you will find the gems! Because he hated anyone smart or good at their job

He is a nasty person at all levels! The fact that he is still walking the halls here, gives me zero confidence in Fiserv any more. We fail to the right thing over and over again. He is HATED by associates, pay him and tell him never to come back. Simple.

gibbons gave us no surveys because it would obviously have been throw up bad.

all of them only care about costs and care zero about what you do each day. other than their annual bonus which is heavily based on firing people
