Why do you blame Fiserv for all of your life problems. What a loser.
@am Then what are you and OP?
@af you sound like a miserable person who’s been at the company for 10+ years and you know I’m right.
@a4 Yes so true your statement. Hire mediocre employees and you get what you asked for. Acquire above-average employees from Fiserv by purchasing a company; they have no idea how to best use their skills and tend to get rid of them as they ask the Right questions to challenge the status quo.
@a4 In real life? passive aggression. Team members don't bring up issues candidly.. just imaginary stories on thelayoff.com or whoever will hear that isn't the person they take issue with; comfortable with the blessings of the corporate corporation while inhuman to the people sharing the same boat.
Mediocrity is the culture we all share.
Yeah. Fuserv is p-o pie doo doo
A good tip I learned is that you will never change a company, if anything the company will change you
True. I have seen it on my team. People who stick to the status quo (don’t speak up to certain leaders) will remain comfy here. People who are innovative, high IQ and politely question the way things are done will be laid off or scrutinized. If this is your situation, don’t give this company anything.
