Why do we need a team lead when there’s a manager already?! Team leads are not supervisors and they don’t do any work either but being paid way higher than the rest of the team ??

Even if it happens, you'll be okay. I'd know. I got laid off last year and it was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. I found a job with better pay, actual respect, and work that doesn’t make me dread Mondays.

Haven’t heard one word about it this year. Where did it go? Did they just end it without notice?

Nothing like being told you’re “too valuable” to promote. Translation: “We’d rather trap you here than reward your work.” It’s a cheap way to keep talent stuck without actually investing in them. Well, I'm done.
