Been here too long, and I’ve seen every round of cuts hit the most experienced first. Loyalty means nothing. If you’re new or early in your career, don’t get too comfortable - treat ADP as a stepping stone, not a career home. The moment it’s “efficient,” your job will be moved elsewhere. Being a long-term employee is a liability, not an advantage.

Many of the complainers on this site are low wage workers anyway who have no intention of doing much of anything and expect top dollar for same. Well my friends you are the problem with Corp America.
You grace us with your presence, when/if you bother to show up, and expect all to bow before you and thank you but it doesnt work that way. Make no mistake you will work or you will be fired.
This is why you don't get better help. You put it out there that you're not invested and step on those who are successful. So step away. Please, step far, far away.
Based on my experience working for ADP, I completely agree with your advice.
