Trying to transition away from ADP has been a frustrating experience. Be advised that your HSA, FSA, medical, and dental benefits will be managed by Health Equity / WageWorks — a company whose systems and support staff have consistently proven to be unreliable and unhelpful. Even if you manage to get set up correctly, don't expect smooth sailing; login issues are persistent and can last for months. I've ultimately resorted to using the automated phone system just to check my HSA balance and make insurance payments. The customer service is just as disappointing. One representative even told me the issue was with my computer, completely ignoring the broader technical problems. Yet another failure of oversight and accountability from ADP leadership.

Maria and ADP senior management should be deeply embarrassed.

i'd actually try with a different comp and browser. that helps narrow down what may be the root cause of the problem. i get that you are frustrated but this actually makes sense
