So many team leads

Why do we need a team lead when there’s a manager already?! Team leads are not supervisors and they don’t do any work either but being paid way higher than the rest of the team ??

Ever since stand out came out there have been no goals cascaded down so it was assumed that stand out was all they have to go on.

@OP My guess is because managers don’t manage people they are working on other projects. and one of those projects is definitely not giving an actual merit review. Thats all based on what we like and loathe in stand out which makes 0 sense.
