Not saying your entirely wrong because that's you're opinion. And mine is, you're afriad. Wherever you are, whatever team you're on, or office you're in, you're afraid of change. It may been good or bad by anyone's perspective but you're fear keeps you blaming the system instead of looking inward. You know you can leave right?

Wow, you nailed it! I started working at ADP in the late nineties, it was one of a few companies that I wanted to work for. Today I wouldn’t give it a second glance, everything you said is on point.
