Curious if people have been termed for not being in the office frequently enough/ getting 3 badge swipes per week.
ADP doesn’t seem to enforce policies like attendance, punctuality, sick time day before or after holiday so is the # of days in office enforced?

they are now reviewing badge swipe reports and providing warnings to those who aren’t in 3 days per week.
They should.
They could totally use the 3 badge swipes as reason to do a soft layoff. Set the rule, don't enforce it, let people think you are not that concerned maybe I swipe 1x a month maybe 0, then if we want to lay off 1k - 5k people just pull the ones not badging then it's a termination with cause and they don't even need to give you severance.
Not saying they would... But they can
