town hall is when ceo and her executive committee address the associates and tell them how the company is doing. these happen quarterly at a corporate level. business units have their own town halls for a more concentrated audience.
Win as One refers to an incentive program where non-bonus eligible associates can receive an annual bonus of up to 5% of their annual salary. the payoff is dependent on the company meeting various annual goals (revenue goals, NPS scores, etc). The Win As One program has been going on for about four years now.
