The reason I say that is those are the last few that will get severence. Allstate will either lift and shift you to a department you have never heard of or send you to an overseas vendor for them to lay you off avoiding severence

Looks like LDU adjusters will now be on a team level. They haven’t announced this to us but I have seen info on our All connect starting 4/17 for a pilot. We will no longer own our claims. Not sure how this will help with employee retention. — read more
